Hablando de Currículum o resume, cómo ha cambiado todo en la última década

Estimados lectores, he escuchado, leído comentarios, comentado, en varios grupos de trabajo en Linkedin que el currículum está obsoleto, que no les hacen caso aunque se pasen todo el día enviándolos.

Soy una persona que no cree mucho en ellos porque de alguna manera es difícil hacer uno, y porque? os preguntaréis, la respuesta es tan simple, como difícil (me parece a mi), los nuevo CV se deben presentar de con un formato y palabras claves para que puedan pasar los filtros de los software que se han creado para no tener que mirar miles de currículum.

Quién los utiliza los filtros automáticos ?

Pues que yo sepa, todas las agencias internacionales de reclutamiento, las infografías que he encontrado son realmente importantes de leer, o nuestros currículum seguirán sin pasar los filtros de los “recruiter” y ninguna persona física los leerá.

Debo añadir que, de hecho, se ha creado un nuevo nicho de mercado con este asunto, empresas que te pueden hacer un CV en condiciones, cobrando por supuesto, la gran mayoría o al menos las que yo conozco, son empresas de USA. pero supongo que también las existirán en Español, averiguaré y os cuento, por el momento algunas guías.

“Using electronic media or information and communication technologies for educational purposes is becoming an increasingly popular trend. Qué es una estrategia multicanal

 

Mucho se habla de este tema, pero pocas son las entidades que lo están utilizando, o al menos integrando en un todo.

Cuando hablo de multi-canal me refiero a todos los medios que tenemos para llegar a nuestro público objetivo, a medios tales como, el correo electrónico, el teléfono, los SMS, Whatsap, Web, Blogs, comunidades virtuales, redes sociales…

La idea es integrar todos estos medios a nuestra institución, cuidando que el mensaje sea el mismo, fácil, agradable y amigable, sin olvidar jamás que no obstante utilicemos diversos medios, todos ellos deben personalizar el mensaje que deseamos hacer llegar a nuestro público.

Según mi manera de ver el escenario, y que no se puede olvidar, es que en el momento de diseñar la estrategia multi-canal debemos tener muy bien definido cual es nuestro público, cuáles son sus necesidades. A partir de lo anterior, podremos elegir cuáles serán los canales adecuados.

No todos los canales sirven para todo.

Por ejemplo, una comunidad virtual es ideal para relación P2P, desde ahí sacaremos muchísima información sobre las necesidades y gustos de nuestro público.

El teléfono es ideal para aquel que necesita una respuesta inmediata, con un SMS, y ahora con la integración del Whatsap, podemos hacer llegar un mensaje con una respuesta inmediata a una consulta concreta y al mismo tiempo, si agregamos una encuesta corta, rápida y divertida de realizar podremos obtener un feedback por parte del cliente . Este último concepto, se puede dar gamificando nuestras estrategias, para ello hace falta creatividad, mucha imaginación y, por supuesto, una gran apuesta por la atención al cliente, tanto interno como externo. Hablo de cliente interno en términos que si nuestra Workforce, no está cualificada e integrada en nuestra institución y no habla como una sola voz, no habrá estrategia que valga.

En conclusión, las opciones son múltiples, lo que queda claro es que deben aportar un valor que nuestro público considere útil, personalizado, fácil de utilizar y coherente. Es decir, debemos realizar una estrategia multi-canal siempre pensando en la “atención al cliente”.

Existen en el mercado una infinidad de software que ofrecen soluciones libres y de pago para la integración de dichos canales en nuestra institución, pero de esto hablaré en un próximo post.
